I'm going out Thursday.....
Better send this event info to the membership via emails because most WCCC'ers don't visit here often anymore.

My son and I are driving "Buford" back to London from Jerome, Idaho.
We leave on Fathers Day, plan A, Monday is plan B.
TurboVenom, what route do you plan and when.
We are coming #80 across Wyoming then dropping down at KC to pick up #70.
We have to be in Louisville, KY on Wednesday night, caravanning up with the Kentucky Cobra Club on Thursday morning.
Steno, what route are you planning and when.
Maybe we can get a rate plan for the Head Examines.
The Doc would need a wind guard on his stethoscope, "Clinic held at 125 mph" would be the headlines in the local papers.

Buford, Well be taking I90 to I290,294 bypass to 80-94. Then 65 south to Indianapolis. Instead of I70, we'll be taking US 40 to Columbus. It's kind of like taking rt66. A bit more scenic. Of course there's nothing really in stone at London! What happens...
Don't have a set time yet, many variables to deal with.
Hope you can make it!

You guys have a great time, especially you Sten - you deserve some Cobra fun after Autobahn. Sorry I can't make it, likely to be tuckered out after RA. Is there a birthday cake, or just a lot of empty beer cans signifying "age"? John, pace yourself!

"We" are still on track to make the trip, although at this moment, 9:06 mst on 6/14/15 there is still no motor or tranny in the rig, wiring is almost done, still need new shoes (BF's are not going on this trip), latest woe is clutch. Went with a 164 tooth flywheel and there was a friction plate to clutch disc issue that reared it's ugly head last night.
We will be there, come heck or high water. Now, if Buford wants to tag along, we will see.
Got to be some award for coming the furthest but not having a rolling running rig less than 7 days from departure.

Sue and I will be heading there on Thursday, bringing the FFR Spyder this time. The car is sitting pretty in Chicago right now. We'll be flying in from Denver and driving it from chi-town.
Where is the rest of the crowd?? If *we* can do it, surely there will be more of the Chicago crowd going for it. Excuses suck. Do it. Sten, send me your timeline, maybe we can hook up.
