Wheels are always measured on the inside of the bead. Their 7.5's.

They're 7's....in most cases you can get the overall width and subtract 1". A 9.5" wheel will measure 10.5".....a 10" wheel will measure 11"...etc..

You have to look at BOTH ends of the tape measure...inside to inside = 7"
