Please show more pics of how it works. Every once in a while one of our club members have been ticketed by an over-zealous cop.
I've been thinking of designing a "Flipper" but that's as far as I've gotten.

These were on the original street cars (as seen here). The bottom of the plate attatched to it, so when stopped the plate was in front of the radiator opening.
at speed the plate would turn back and lay somewaht flat in the opening so as not to block airflow to the radiator.
