the "so far apart" should increase the torque .it is like a high rise manafold . but the effect is different . it would be interesting in what application the manafold was used in , the exact engine size ( it looks 289 ). and what the result was. Has anyone driven a car with a manafold like this ? it would have to be a total blast .In the late 1950's the big chryslers had a stock manafold like this on thier big block engines .
