Thanks Eric! Three panels form the whole package, the two side panels and the lower oil cooler panel are made from 304 grade stainless steel in a brushed finish, which is .040 thick. The screen is #10 meaning it has 10 holes per inch and it is also 304 stainless. Everything is formed in a brake and all the cuts are made with a shear or using aviation snips for the radius portions. Its all held together with button head stainless steel socket head bolts and nylock nuts and washers.

I have wanted to make a radiator rock deflector for some time...ahhh....4 or 5 years...hope I don't wait till a rock pops the radiator or, shudder, the oil cooler...
Any shots you have of ideas on fabricating a screen and frame to mount/support it are helpful to look at.
