Thanks for posting this picture! I have never seem/heard of this car before! Do you know if it was ever campaigned, and if so, how did it do?

There were two of these built in 1957. This is the only one surviving - the other was "lost" or destroyed.

The car was for sale just a couple years ago after the owner, Bo Cheadle, passed away. Don't know who owns it now, I believe the asking price was around $200k.

The cars were run at Daytona, where they ran 160+ mph, solidly trouncing the "Brand X" sports car by 30 mph.
